Site Manager. 400,000 m3 of excavation and fill, Horse Barns for 320 horses, tribune for 5,000 audiences, presidential apartment, general construction of 15,428-m2 closed areas ranging from horse stables to presidential apartments, infrastructure works and 500,000-m2 of landscaping area.

July 02 - November 02: POLIMEKS, Ashkabat, Turkmenistan, Musical drama theatre. Total contract value 18,000,000 USD. Site Manager. Site mobilization, planning of site facilities, positioning of the cranes, general planning of the building and the construction techniques, negotiations with the structural expertise and the seismic institute on the structural projects, excavation, reinforced concrete works.

July 02 - August 02: POLIMEKS, Ashkabat, Turkmenistan, Central Museum of Heritage. Total contract value 2,300,000 USD. Site Manager (Structural) Coordination of the local project team in preparation of strengthening of an existing brick building. Strengthening of existing foundations, and load bearing walls according to the Turkmen snips. Construction of an intermediate floor and addition of an upper floor to the building. Alteration of the building to typical construction to hand over to the finish works team.

October 01 - June 02: POLIMEKS, Ashkabat, Turkmenistan, Turkmenistan State Archive. Total contract value 6,400,000 USD. Site Manager. All finish works of 7,560 m2 archive building in accordance with Russian SNIP regulations, renovation of 2,350 m2 area of the existing archive building. Full equipment of the building from office furniture to cinema labs. The building comprises of paper based documents archive stores, offices, catalog rooms, cosmic rooms, exhibition rooms, presidential section, bunker for nitro film archives, phono, photo, film labs, and stores for these documents. Landscaping of 7,000-m2 areas.
August 01-October 01: POLIMEKS, Ashkabat, Turkmenistan, Ashkabat National Park, Annex Fountains. Total contract value 2,300,000 USD. Site Manager. Landscaping of 65,000 m2, construction of 7 big fountains, marble façade covering, 4,500 m2 granite and, 9,800 m2 decorative concrete walkways, planting trees and grass.

September 00 - August 01: POLIMEKS, Ashkabat, Turkmenistan, Central Multiprofile Hospital. Total contract value 13,000,000 USD. Deputy Site Manager. Construction of 9,852 m2 multiprofile hospital with 130 bed capacity. It includes 3 operation theatres, intensive care, pharmacy, sterilization, laundry, kitchen, emergency, x-ray rooms, dentistry, morgue, bed wards, general examination rooms and administrative offices. Medical equipment were supplied by German HOSPITALIA and SIEMENS companies. The hospital has been built in international standards. In addition, 55,000 m2 of area within hospital's territory has been landscaped.

June 99 - December 00: BETA-TEK, Stupina city of Moscow province, CAMPINA Yogurt Plant. Contractor Dutch TEBODIN. Total contract value 7,000,000 USD. Scheduling & cost engineer. Construction of shallow foundations, refill &compaction of foundations, erection of steel structures, concrete heavy industry slab, calculation of work volume in terms of man-hours, preparation of work schedules, and making of the accompanying manpower & cash flow estimates, follow up of construction progress, submission of daily and weekly progress reports based on the man-hour and the production reports coming from the site, compiling and preparation of progress payments, claims and change orders both in English & Russian. Carrying out the negotiations caused by the conflicts on the scope of the contract.

October 98 - March 99: LUKOVA LLC, LUKOIL & Cukurova joint venture, Khunty Mansisky city of Western Siberia in Russian Federation, Headquarters. Logistics Manager.

May 98 - May 99: LUKOVA LLC, Khunty Mansisky city of Western Siberia in Russian Federation, City Administration Complex Renovation Site. Total contract value 18,314,076 USD. Conference Hall Site Responsible.
