I worked closely with the IRS, and was instrumental in establishing guidelines on reimbursements. I was responsible for the organization of my clients including filing, customer service, correspondence, processing of claims, and check distribution.

My duties included scanning all documents into the website, and storing them into appropriate files. Other duties included organization and filing of the original documents in preparation for the scanning.
