As Field Claim Representative, Investigated, reviewed, assessed liability and damages, reserved, reported and produced final resolution of automobile, general liability, inland marine, products, and workman's compensation claims. Handled the jurisdictions of both Kansas and MO, performing ON SCENE investigations of accidents and losses ranging from relatively minor cases to total losses and multiple fatalities. The sphere of activity as Fraud Investigator, involved the review and analysis of cases referred from outside sources and within the Law Security Department to identify and classify various types of illegal usage of the network. Developed cases for restitution/prosecution. Identified and documented sources of illegal activity through interviews, statements, and other means.
