Major Accomplishments: Prepared a counter claim for U.S $ 7.5 million against a JV partner who had failed completely to perform their scope of work and thereby incurring loss to the consortium. The contract was for 50:50 profit/cost share basis. Abu Dhabi court ordered final decision in favor of GPC, i.e. No additional payment to the JV Partner.
:Prepared three claims against IOOC-Iran for value of USD 10 million for 42¡¨ Sub Sea Pipe Line project, 1.78 million for refurbishment of calm buoy project, and 3.8 million for 36¡¨ inch pipe line repair project.
:Involved in the tendering and awarding of U.S $ 18 million Equipment Procurement Package for QPD full Field development Project, Qatar.
: Successfully completed the Q.S job for 50 million USD Propane Dehydrogenation Project for M/s Lurgi in Yanbu, KSA
Professional Experience: Employed by Consolidated Contractors International Company S.A.L as Contracts Administrator from 29 December 2008 onwards for 1.0 Billion USD construction contract for Shell Pearl GTL (Gas to Liquid) Project in Ras Laffan, Qatar. Contractor's responsibility includes construction of process facilities for GTL and Utilities.
Professional Experience: Employed by WorleyParsons Arabia Ltd. Co as Contracts Administrator from July 2007 to November 2008. M/s Worleyparsons is the PMC appointed by Saudi Arabia Mining Company (Ma¡¦aden) for their Phosphate Project, at Al-Jalamid and Raz Az Zawr in Saudi Arabia. Total Project value is worth over 4.5 Billion Dollars.

Nature of Responsibilities: Contractual correspondence to sub-contractors, prepare contract instruction (C.I) to sub-contractors, verify sub-contractors insurance documents, conduct weekly meeting with sub-contractors, prepare minutes of meeting, resolve sub-contract issues amicably, verify sub-contractors invoices, verify and agree on the final quantities for all sub-contractor disciplines, review, approve and award change orders, input all Event Reports related to potential claims into Lurgi's Proprietary data base etc.

1.Review Contract Terms and Conditions during Bid Stage, Negotiate and finalize the terms and Conditions of Main Contract with Client assessing risks to IMCC group.
2.Prepare Sub-Contracts including work packages, Sub-Contract Clarification, Negotiate and agree Sub-Contract terms and conditions.
