Developed project standard system turnover formats for the permanent record books in the turnover package: turnover acceptance letters and turnover deliverables (scope drawings, red lined as-built drawings, test results, etc). Provided assistance for personnel seeking information. Obtain client signatures indicating work completion. Monitored Punchlists by compiling, issuing and signing off items on the Turnover Walk Down Punchlist. Ensured all the systems are turned over as per schedule in coordination with project scheduler. Tracked overall turnover progress by creating, generating or improving all the requested reports relating to the turnover status. Developed archiving electronic system for all the turnover documents.
