- Preparation of Project Procedures for Subcontracts and Procurement for the overall Project Management System
- Preparation of ITT dossiers (bilingual English and French) for the related Project Subcontracts Scope of Works
- Answer tender clarifications in cooperation with Project Supporting Engineering Team
- Evaluate the received tenders including obtaining technical evaluation by Engineering Team
- Preparation of Recommendation Report, issue to Algerian Client (SONATRACH) and obtain the required approvals
- Prepare and approve Subcontract Documents (or Purchase Orders) within financial authority
- Prepare and maintain Subcontractor Files
- Drafting correspondence in French and English

- Maintain Cumulative Value for each subcontract and ensure the subcontract value is not exceeded
- Ensure Subcontractor Insurance documents are in place
- Review and Approve Subcontract Payments and pass for payment
- Negotiate and agree any variations and amendments to the issued subcontracts
- Maintain and update Subcontracts Register (Subcontracts on ITT phase, Subcontracts ongoing, Subcontracts terminated)
- Proceeding the Final Account Certificates with all Subcontractors
