My starting experience in National Company range in Construction, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering who is sub-contract to Oil and Gas Industry from May 1997 until 2005. Now day as Human Resources and Administration Manager
More than 10 years hands on all aspects of Human Resource Function, starting from recruitment, training, compensation benefit, annual performance evaluation and well-versed with Indonesia Labor Laws and Industrial. Monitoring personnel at Natuna, Jawa, Sumatera and Batam area including onshore and offshore.
I have good experience in Contract Administration too, starting from Tender Registered, review of Tender Document, commercial aspect, until Review Tender Contract. Most off all I'm handle contract to Oil and Gas Company, such as ConocoPhillips, Star Energy Ltd, Chevron Pacific,PremierOil Natuna Sea, BP West Java and the others.

1. As Human Resource and Administration Manager at PT. Gearindo Prakarsa from March 2006 until now.
Job Responsibilities:
o Hands on Strategic HR Program and Implementation of HR and Administration function such as compensation and benefit, recruitment and selection training and people development, industrial relations and management system, outsourcing manpower, Performance Appraisal, well-versed with Indonesia Labor Laws and Industrial.
o Monitoring personnel at Jawa, Sumatera, Natuna and Batam area including onshore and offshore.
o Provide disposition and development for permanent employee contract.
o Signed and monitoring Jamsostek and Contract Insurance for clients.
o Provided for contract Proposal special in registration Tender Document, check and review for Term and Condition Clausal, Legal Aspect including Commercial Aspect.
o Provide Memorandum Of understanding (MOU) with Clients, Sub-Contracts and or Partnership.
2. As Commercial Manager at PT. Gearindo Prakarsa from March 2003 – March 2006.
(Have two managing for Purchasing and General Affairs)
Job responsibilities of Purchasing:
o Negosiation and Collaboration with Vendor/ Clients/ Third Party about Term and Condition, material/parts by Local and Overseas Vendor for the lowest price for competitiveness and ensure the shipment of goods delivery time.
o Able to handle L/C document from CUSTOM (BEA CUKAI).
o Review and signed Purchase Order (PO) from user to Vendor.
o Make a good relationship with agent/ forwarder/ vendor Indonesia and Singapore.
o Make a good relationship with Airlines Agents such as Smailing tour.
o Have a capability to monitoring material delivery from Local and Overseas vendors, including to solve material from Port Cengkareng and Tj. Priok Harbour (Bea Cukai Case).
3. As Assistance Personnel and Administration Manager at PT. Gearindo Prakarsa from May 1997 – March 2003.
Job responsibilities of General Affairs:
o Experiences in dealing with government authorities.
o Manage and Monitoring vehicle and driver.
