I have worked as a COMPUTER OPERATOR/ ADMINISTRARTIVE CLEARK with Combat Support Associate (CSA) in US ARMY Logistic Warehouse (GS Multi-Class, TURN-IN Section, Arifjan, Kuwait since 17th April 2006 to 20th May 2007.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintains employee roster for the department or section.
* Answers telephone for all incoming and interoffice calls in a courteous and professional manner. Promptly, thoroughly and accurately disseminates telephone messages to management, and employees.
* Gathers special report materials, forms and summaries at the request of management.
* Schedules appointments, requisitions supplies and completes routine office reports.
* Processes incoming and outgoing mail.
* Verifies timesheet accuracy; prepares vacation schedules and vacation timesheets.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* Processing of items by NSN using Standard Army Retail Supply System (SARSS-1).
* TURN-IN the items from customers like (D2D, 44F, SSC, RH2).
* Process MRO's (Material Request Order) and walkthrough's
