The role of mine as executive admin. & document controller to manage the duration of the correspondences, submittals, transmittals, RFI, IR and MIR to be submitted according to the contract protocol which settled to be executed by a main contractor.
The Time schedule activities connected to the database built by me using Primavera expedition & MS Project which monitoring & controlling the duration of site activities with the mutual letters which I saved in the database & submittals between all parties, also preparing the meeting agenda & record the meetings in all its articles (progress, construction, technical & workshop meetings) and get the results & actions taking which affecting on the Actual activities in time schedule to put it in the log to be connected to the primavera planning program.
On the other hand handle the draft works needed (Autocad).
Manage the tasks needed for the project Manager during the week then make a monthly plan for the required work needed according to the activities run regarding the FIDIC contract.
Preparing a monthly report with all tasks & summary for the works in the site justified with photos & video montage with the time schedule by all levels & also the letters & submittals tracking logs prepared by Expedition according to the protocol agreed by the 2 parties.
Very meet work under pressure, critical time & deadline.
