- R26 mil project where we removed the complete larcodem unit and replaced it with a drum unit.
- This meant we had to strip everything down and rebuild the new unit. The project included the building of the conveyor into the building (+/- 54m high) running through the sorting screens, being sorted by the drum unit (4m x 4m x 4m weighing approximately 12 tons) through a second set of screens onto conveyors. Also include all piping etc. Part of my job was to assist with Method statement, ITP's and of course Risk assessments.
- Other stats: Approximately 50 - 60 employees working 33000 man-hours without any injury. Complete project finished on time

Own safety support company with support contracts for Tsanstabane, Danielskuil and Olifantshoek municipalities as well as local Spar, Brickworks, Ceracast NCIS (foundries), PMG Engineering and Rufco Engineering.
Rebuilding of 5th drum unit (Larcodem) project at Kumba Iron Ore. 33 000 man hours with a MTC of 0 and a LTI of 0. No time was lost as a result of any injuries on project.
Reached the 380 000 man hour target on current Power station project without any LTI.
