As a supervisor I am also well versed in the area of Occupational Health and Safety and have a strong personal commitment to the health and safety of those around me.
I possess a strong background in all areas of Mobile Equipment operation and maintenance and have been responsible for supervising service and preventative maintenance at the site level.
Over the years I have been responsible for Interviewing, policy and procedure development, developing and implementing new processes and equipment, and have extensive experience training employees through presentation and coaching on the job.

Yard Supervisor

Responsibilities: Managing the day to day operation throughout the Yard, Kilns, and the Mobile garage to maximize productivity while maintaining focus on all key success factors. Process and personnel management, scheduling and payroll, directing maintenance staff on shift, incident investigation, along with workplace inspections. Maintenance and safety checks for improvement of all Fire Control Systems, and equipment throughout the site. Addressing conflicts that arise within the labour force and interacting with union representatives to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner for continous improvement. Responsible for training all Heavy Equipment Operators on operating equipment and on the company's policies and procedures.
