JOB PROFILE:
Recruitment:
o Plan the recruitment strategy Plan and implement a company-wide recruiting strategy geared towards process improvement, cost control.
* Oversee/ preparation of job descriptions and competency profiles o Meet with hiring agencies to clarify specific hiring needs, conduct needs assessments, create individual recruiting plans, and ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates are available to them. Rewrite job descriptions as required.
* Source, screen & interview candidates
* Maintaining listings of potential candidates within each market segment
* Identify and establish target recruitment sources
* Manage the recruitment process
* Develop and manage an internal recruitment database for current and future candidates
* Perform data analysis and prepare management reports
* Manage the relationships with recruitment sources including internal referrals, external search firms, internet providers, media and universities to achieve best deals, promote company brand and recruitment strategies Promote and manage internal referrals including posting open positions to company internet site and manage responses.
Mobilisation:

* Application for Renewal / Extension / tracking of Work Visa
* Checking of agreements for salaries as per company scales of new employees joining
Vehicle Administration:
* Vehicle administration at main office & airport pickups
* Managing vehicles for employees to go to city on week days Hiring of vehicles
* In case of import of vehicles / new purchase typing of application for registration / Inspection from traffic department.
* Related documentation for temporary import of Vehicles / Equipment Monitoring records for consumption of Diesel / Petrol
* Keeping a track for the renewals of the Insurance / Registration of vehicles
* Checking of Daily Vehicle Inspection reports and forwarding the same to HSE.

* Check over vehicles movement from camp
Liaison:
* Attending hospital/Police station in case of Accidents, thefts in camp Police enquiries / Reports follow up.
Salary Administration:
* Data updating in Gulf HR. Package with details of new employees joining
* Preparing employees Time sheet for salary
* Modifications to be made in salary as per instructions from head office for concerned employees
* Check over the overtime and monitoring from time to time
* Check on daily Absenteeism and Sick leave report, Queries related to punching clock while workers punch In & Out.
Site Management:
Country Office:
* Follow up with Country office for Cancellation / Visa stamping /Renewals. Departures:
* Mobilization, demobilization, of employees, Resignations / transfers to other projects.
* Settlements for leave, resignations, terminations
HO Correspondence:
* Reports for new joined employees, terminated / resigned etc
* MIS Report / Joining / Demobilization report
Camp Administration
* To manage, coordinate and administer services activities at the camp and for the Onshore Site in the most effective, efficient and timely manner.
* Scheduling, organizing and coordinating regular maintenance of all facilities in the camp and of the Utilities Plant ensuring their alignment with the Corporate HSE and Quality standards.
* Organizing inspections and checks of the camp, in order to identify the areas requiring maintenance/refurbishment.
* Arranging and providing the ad-hoc refurbishment and repair where needed within the camp;
* Ensuring that all employees in the camp are provided with the proper living conditions immediately upon their arrival on the camp, as per the international and local HSE and Quality standards and requirements;
* Ensuring the proper and timely supplies of smaller, non-technical items needed for routine operation of the camp(stationary, office equipment, etc);
* Providing assistance in arranging the tickets and accommodation reservations for employees travels;
* Liaising with HR General Services in organizing local land transportation ensuring that all required vehicles are timely made available for the site including the routine check and maintenance;
* Coordinating and arranging catering and accommodation for the Camp employees, ensuring the alignment with Corporate, international and local HSE and Quality standards and requirements;
* Continuously cooperate with HR general Services, ensuring the most efficient and timely services provision to the Camp employees.
* Overall Operations Management of Company Camp (approximate 4000 headcount).
* Maintaining discipline in the camp
* Taking care of the recreation activities in the camp for various nationalities
* Overall supervision of housekeeping and Laundry facilities
* Landscaping of the garden and beautification of the camp
* Proper medical care inside the camp to employees
* Maintaining inventory of camp material and updating from time
* Submitting reports regarding accommodation occupancy and arrangements of Staff workers.
Safety Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment by following:
* Statutory Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations
* Company's Corporate Health, Safety & Environment Policy, and applying relevant Safety Management Systems.
* Interface with external services providing contractors
* Taking care of services of proper water supply, Diesel, lighting, pest control etc
Maintain Discipline:
* Resolve day to day grievances
* Elimination of bad elements from camp
* Daily stay back report of employees staying in camp
* Attending day to day complaints recd. From the employees
* Keeping upto date inventory of the Company property and taking of Annual Inventory (related to flats taken on rent).
* Arrangements of postal and courier services.
* Medical reimbursement claims of Executives
* Settling claims of T.A. of Executives, maintain upto date records.
Security Administration
* Tight vigilance at the site and camp
* Making Surprise checks at nights
* Check over the vehicles entering the camp
* Check over the outsiders entering the camp
* Necessary records maintained
* Transport Administration
Achievements:
* Handled strike successfully and resolved workers grievances.
* Brought down the Food Menu from QR 16.50 to QR 9.00 without any labour.
* Unrest. Thus saving QR. 30,000 per day
