Job Description:
- Ensure invoices generated during the day are sent out on the same day
- To generate monthly statement of accounts and to ensure that they are sent out to customers within 5 days after month end
- To process and generate Credit Note to vendors and customers for account adjustment purposes
- To prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliation for MYR and USD by the 3rd week of the month for the purpose of internal control.
- To create customers master in SAP to enable sales transaction to be processed.
- To prepare Monthly Acrrual for Commision to Stokists and Agents as well as provisions for Doubtful Debts 2 days prior to monthend closing.
- To prepare domestic documentation for letters of credits (LC) and documents against payment (DP) for presentation to bank.
- To process and monitor domestic and export receipt in SAP systems for both payment via cheque and telegraphic transfer
- To perform matching of payment against invoices to ensure full settlement and updated customer's account
- To register and monitor post dated cheque to ensure the cheques are banked-in promptly upon maturity.
- To banked-in cheque promptly
- And collect statement and advices from the bank.
- To monitor and follow-up the receipt of delivery order (DO) and LC from customer or bank
- To update and monitor collection, LC and DP files to ensure accuracy of data for finance and commercial reference.
- To ensure efficient and up-to-date filling for accounts receivable and trade finance documentation for easy retrieval and reference in line with 5S requirement.
