* Input TDR/VDR/CDR (Technical Document/Vendor Document/Construction Document Register)
* Submit transmittal drawings, letters to client for action/approval and subcontractor for construction.
* Distribute incoming/outgoing documents to proper discipline/sub-contractors.
* File construction drawings for OSBL/ISBL according to each discipline/area.
* File site correspondence arrange in document reference for easy retrieval.
* Register engineering Isometric drawing, spool and erection drawings.
* Extract Isometric drawing in Acrobat format and rename files place in organize manner for easy retrieval.
* Retrieve and Print drawings from Petrocept EDMS system and native file Autocad format for Engineering request and requirements.
* Monitor outstanding document for client action/approval (i.e. ITR, Method Statement, Observation Note, Technical Queries, etc.)
