Special project - working with the Event Coordinator's office at B.C.I.T. to develop, produce and market a series of "Student Travel Talks" designed to educate, inspire and entertain the students, faculty and staff.
For each presentation (highlighting a different country or area) we brought in a variety of speakers from various consultates, tourism offices, and suppliers to speak about their country, give travel advice and more.
Sourcing potential speakers involved researching and sourcing the destinations of interest to the student and faculty.
As well, what kind of information about international travel did the audience most need? With this information, we were able to fine tune the 'Travel Talks' to best benefit the audience to bring in the most relevant speakers.

Special project -Served as 24/7 'on-call' agent.(Uniglobe Executive Travel-North Vancouver)
During one weekend having received a long distance call (0430 Saturday) from the crew coordinator, on behalf of crew members that needed to get to the operations site in Greenland. We needed the charter company to rearrange/delay the original departure time/date. As the air charter flights only operated on certain days and times - with a great deal of collaborative effort (the air charter company in Gander, the crew manager, and the crew members) and we succeeded in working together to successfully get everyone where they needed to be, when they needed to be there.
