- Reports to the Documentation Manager and coordinates with Montreal DC office.
- Registers all incoming and outgoing Vendor Documents (IR – Internal Reviews) and Site Engineering Queries (SEQ) in PM+ Metaframe and PDM (Project Document Management). Makes sure no duplications will go out of document control main office for approval.
- Prepares transmittals for each IR or SEQ documents.
- Make sure document numbering and revision numbers are being used properly in accordance to policies and procedures.
- Coordinates with the Subcontractors with regards to submittal of vendor documents.
- Distributes and keep track all SEQ and Vendor documents given to the responsible engineer/s for review and approval.
