Estimated £400 million. Main build and then fit out of vip lounges, toilet blocks and service corridors. Ensure that the Major highway links, DLR underground link road and rail station works,(scada and quench) major carriageway works also interface between Honeywell Data Systems, Amec and Crown House and Hotchkiss to main contractor. Duties included commissioning of utilities for potable/irrigation/fire/foul water, district cooling and electrical supply networks together with construction of associated plant buildings and electrical substations and treatment plants and deep drainage at 15 m plus building control, logistics and supply chain management issues, security and voids closure works, contract remediation, package evaluation, dispute resolution and contractor liaison.
June 2006 – FULL TIME FIXED TERM Skanska UK – Project Manager
Big civils, Amp 4 regen renewable power cph. £68 million total site and design overall responsibility including site operation project risks, contract administration, and supply chain management. Installation of new enzyme hybridisation plant, consisting of gas tanks and pipe runs, glazed painted pressure vessels and blast screens, Detroiter, sand tanks, scum tanks and on shore inlets and outlets, land falls and marine engineering supporting mechanical and electrical upgrade and sonic data collection with CPH turbine, tunnelling work to existing plant, drainage at varied depths new slip road access road and carriageway link from A10 and Cambridge duties also included supply of materials, design interface, security and permits issues and operational logistics work.
