CAREER SUMMARY
Completed a Technical apprenticeship in Marine Engineering, joined the Merchant Navy on VLCC's & bulk carriers as a sea-going Engineer. Thereafter I worked in Power Gen. then introduced into the oil and gas industry, starting in overseas refineries, gas plants, G.O.S.P.'s and pipelines, during which, I was employed by Worthington and Ingersoll Rand for 8 years as Company representative, specializing in rotating and reciprocating machinery, installing, commissioning and overhauling pumps, compressors and turbo-machinery and packages. I joined a design consultant on a nuclear related project for 2 years until completion.
