A. Project management and certification (offshore and onshore):
1. Cambay Onshore Facilities Modification Project of M/s. Cairn Energy India Pty Limited:
Surveyor / resident inspection engineer for third party certification of on shore terminal project consisting of additional liquid handling facilities, hydrocarbon due point control, propane storage and refrigeration packages at CEIL Laxmi onshore terminal, Surat.
2. N11 & N12 project – Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited:
Surveyor on board offshore barges and at fabrication yard for third party inspection & certification of N11 & N12 jackets, platforms installation, sub-sea pipelines, risers, and associated topside modifications at ONGC Mumbai high offshore.
3. Laxmi onshore terminal project – Cairn Energy India Pty Limited:
Surveyor for third party inspection and certification of CEIL Laxmi onshore terminal project consisting of gas gathering station, piping and condensate tanks at Surat.
4. NC6, NC8 projects – GWSSB:
Surveyor for certification of pipe laying, welding and mechanical equipment of Narmada Canal water pipelines projects, Gujarat.
Nature of duties: Witness / review inspection of following
* Approval of procedures, quality control plans of variety of contractors.
* WPS, welder qualification tests for variety of materials and processes.
* Product inspection and certification at vendor premises and audits.
* Stage wise inspection activities. i.e. fit up, weld visual, installation checks of equipment, vessels, pumps, piping, structural fabrication and erection, etc…
* Inspection of sub-sea and cross country pipelines and GRE piping.
* Witness / review of NDT i.e. RT, UT, MPT, LPT and post weld heat treatment.
* Installation of N11 & N12 Jackets, conductors, decks, riser clamps and riser installation, riser guard and boat landing installation.
* Sub-sea pipe laying, HDPF joint coating, cleaning and gauging pigging operations and free span correction of various dia 12", 8", 6" and 4".

C. Pipe, Induction Bend mill experience:
Carried out stage wise inspection (i.e. pipe mill qualification, mill control, welding qualification, monitoring, dimensional checks, online and offline UT, RT and MPI, hydro tests) of hundreds of kilometers pipes, bends and anodes (DSAW, ERW, HSAW and SMLS) of various grades and thicknesses (API 5L X 46, 52, 60, 65,etc..) manufactured at variety of pipe mills as follows.
1. ROTECH, USA: API 5L X65 DSAW line pipes at M/s. Welspun.
2. PRXPL Project: API 5l X52 ERW line pipes of variety of thicknesses at M/s. MSL.
3. VKPL project: API 5L X46 spiral welded line pipes of variety thicknesses at M/s. PSL.
* Inspection of long radius induction bends of variety of sizes and thicknesses.
* Inspection of sacrificial bracelet anodes for pipelines.
4. BKPL Project: approximately 64 Km API 5L X65 DSAW line pipes.
* 3LPE and inside coating of above pipes at M/s. SAW Pipes Limited.
5. GWSSB project: 64", 82" OD spiral welded pipes approximately 70 Km and external concrete coating of pipes at M/s. PSL Holdings limited and M/s. Ratnamani Steels.
D. Pressure vessels and ministry of defense:
1. Carried out certification of various stainless steel and aluminum pressure vessels for M/s. BDL, HE Factory, R&D engineers, manufacturer: M/s. John Galt International.
2. Carried out certification of Glycol contactor, Plate Pack Separator and Production Separator vessels for Nam Con Son gas project - manufacturer: Larsen & Toubro Limited.
* WPS review and approval.
* Stage wise fit up, visual and dimensional and alignment inspections and clearances.
* Witness / review of NDT of these equipments.
* Witness of pneumatic, hydro tests.
E. Cross country pipelines:
* Cross country pipeline stringing, fit up, welding, NDT, installation, hydro testing and pigging activities.
* Certification of 18" loop line project for additional liquid handling for M/s. CEIL.
* Project monitoring and certification of Sardar Sarovar canal based NC-6, NC-8 drinking water cross country pipe line projects of 82", 74" dia with external concrete and internal mortar coating and water reservoirs for GWSSB.
F. Auditing experience:
* Carried out HSE Compliance audits of M/s. ONGCs offshore installations i.e. 12 production complexes, 126 unmanned platforms and 8 jack up drilling rigs and 2 drill ships as a team.
* As an observer for ISO 9001 certification of BP Marine institute.
* HSE audits of M/s. ONGCs 8 off shore jack up drilling rigs and 2 drill ships.

Carried out inspections as a project QA / QC engineer at offshore and onshore project sites for following projects:
A. Offshore EPIC project experience at ONGC, Mubai high offshore:
1. CRMP 2 Project:
Clamp on related modification pipeline project consisting of flexible pipelines of various sizes.
2. Sagar Laxmi Early Production System Project:
Sagar Laxmi conversion to Early Production System and leg repair project consisting of installation of pumps and interconnecting bridge to platform and piping.
3. HRC Project:
HRC, Heera platform related modification project consisting of installation of new HRC platform, interconnecting bridge, installation of MOL pumps and piping modification works of variety of materials.
B. Onshore project experience:
1. HGU, Utilities and off sites project – IOCL, Barauni:
Hydrogen Generation Unit and utilities (i.e. cooling tower, tank farms, compressor house, air handling unit, nitrogen unit, flare system, fire water network, de-mineralized water plant) and connected offsite piping Project at IOCL, Barauni.
2. DHDS and OSBL piping project - IOCL, Mathura:
