A. UK Based EPC Company located in Middle East operating in Hydrocarbon Industry (October 2004 till date)
* Working as Lead Quality for the Project which Company is executing in CIS state as Engineering and Procurement contractor. The project value is in excess of USD 500 million.
* Responsibilities include quality assurance of project activities, quality control and inspection management of project procurement, vendor assessment, inspection coordination supervision, liaison with Client, audits and quality surveillance.

B. PT PEC TECH INDONESIA, Jakarta (December 2003 till September 2004)
* As Deputy QA / QC Manager (Head of Quality Dept.) for LNG project at Bontang executed for and on behalf of Pacific Oil & Gas Company, part of RGMI group of Company.
* Responsible for management of all quality related matter and issues, quality management system, quality assurance and inspection through Pre-Feed, Feed till plant commissioning.

C. PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT OF OMAN, Sultanate of Oman (1998 to 2002)
* As Deputy Head and Lead Quality Engineer – Quality Management Services department.

* Associated with ADGAS Third Liquid Natural Gas Train project at Das Island, under project management of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), UAE. Was responsible for:-

external quality audits of vendors and contractors;
internal quality audits;
pre-award QA interviews of vendors;
assisting project team in vendors and contractors' assessment and selection;
monitoring and surveillance of project quality system implementation and compliance;
participation in quality meeting with Client;
assisting projects disciplines in quality issues and technical issues in welding, painting, NDE, etc.;
assisting Project QA Manager in implementing and maintaining an effective Project quality system to ISO 9001. Project completed and commissioned;
provide training on quality management and quality assurance;
* Was engaged in the development of quality management procedures for corporate ISO 9001 accreditation and projects' quality assurance plans for bid proposals and projects under award. Chiyoda Corporation obtained accreditation in 1994.
* Assigned to General Utilities Plant Expansion project of ADNOC, UAE at Ruwais. Client specified SHELL DEP specifications for the project. Responsibilities included:-
development and implementation of project quality system procedures for main office in Japan and site office;

* Associated with Petromin Lubricating Oil Refining Company project, LUBREF II, at Yanbu, Saudi Arabia built under Mobil, USA project management and specifications as Senior QA & Certification Engineer. Was responsible for:-
development and compilation of project system dossiers and hand over documentation;
co-ordination with vendors, Chiyoda main office and overseas offices regarding hand over documents;
external quality audits of vendors and contractors and internal audit;
implementation and maintenance of material traceability to quality records;
development and implementation of project quality system and procedures;
