2001 September - ? Site manager/ construction manager: Per Aarsleff
Of site responsibilities; client/owner contract negotiations, change order estimates, pre construction meetings and contract management. At Aarsleff I am managing projects or sections of a project, depending on the type and size of the project. The projects are mainly infrastructure and heavy civil work, such as construction of minor dam, tunnels, bridges, roads, foundations, concrete work and rail work. Currently I am managing 2 projects, where one is the construction of a new rail yard including buildings tracks etc. My budgets are between 0.1 to 4 M$. Furthermore I responsible for Sub contract negotiation and management, equipment purchase and leasing. My On site/project responsibilities: is planning of all project related activities, negotiation with the local labor union, hiring of crew, time schedule and resource planning and management, safety and quality Management, Construction supervision.
2001 April – September Project engineer/ Construction manager: Estimating & on Site Project work, Baugh Construction Oregon, USA
Working closely with the Senior Project manager and lead Superintendent, in all aspects of managing the project, and responsible for subcontracts, RFI’s, submittals, bid packages etc. I was furthermore involved in all aspects of doing different types of bids/budget estimates, the projects were mainly high tech and commercial projects.
2000 September - Site manager/construction manager: Project/site management & Estimating, Per Aarsleff

Responsible for the following: planning of the different construction activities needed to build four prefabricated concrete buildings in Copenhagen down town (230,000 sq foot of floor space), and time schedule and resource planning, as well as responsible for reporting daily progress. I was furthermore responsible for quality and safety on site.
1999 July-August Engineering Trainee: Construction planning and site management, Project Development
I was responsible for following up and reporting on daily progress and the different construction activities, as well as construction supervision of the demolition contractor. I was furthermore involved in site safety, and project coordination between designers and the different contractors on site.

Responsible for the following: strategic/project planning, and assisting the project coordinator, on a $50 million design build project (500,000 sq. foot of floor space).

I was assisting the construction manager and the project manager, in their daily work, and reporting on the construction progress. This project involved building 1 new mall, 4 new offices buildings and 200 new apartments.
