Construction manager responsible for overall management of construction activities for the Utilities and Offsites (U&O) portion of the project. Vertical contracting strategy incorporated three major multi-discipline subcontractors, as well as several smaller specialty subcontractors. Managed site establishment and preparation including initiation of site safety program. Also responsible for all permitting and coordination with local authorities. Initially responsible for the oversight of all construction activities within the Utility block and assumed complete control of all construction activities upon the departure of original construction manager.

Pre-commissioning manager responsible for the identification and execution of all pre-commissioning activities, including hydrostatic testing, loop checking, cleaning and drying. Coordinated a multi-discipline organization to ensure timely completion of pre-commissioning to support an aggressive schedule that overlapped construction and commissioning.

Prior to mobilizing to the United project in Al-Jubail, completed construction preparatory efforts in Houston.
