To serve the existing U.S. Federal Government Markets in Panama. Agencies served were U.S. Armed forces, Panama Canal Commission and U.S. Air Force.


General duties were:


•    Withdraw all Bidding Invitations and Specifications: Frequently visit and Keep in touch with job owners to be aware of the upcoming and actual projects listings either by invitations or through the website page.
•    Bid package Preparation & Estimating: Once I receive the Bid Package I had to Review them, assist generally to a site visit and a Pre-bid meeting to Unify general concepts and criteria for Preparing a Proposal package.
•    Owners – Contractor Relationship : I also had to Maintain and foresee very good relationships with clients and Jobs Owners.
•    Projects Scheduling and Tracking : Review plans and Specifications of assigned projects to ensure integrity, quality, safety and timely completion of the job. Keep Periodic Meetings with Owners representative to review on Project scheduling, possible delays, hazards, inconveniences and differing conditions during progress and upon job completion.
•    Projects Developments: Starting from a Pre-Construction Conference with Owner Representative to discuss all projects concerns, Regulatory agencies and field staff, Preparing of all necessary submittals for approval prior to job start, maintain daily project status reports, completion, cost forecasts, employee records and evaluation. Review Plans and Specifications with job superintendent and Foreman to ensure, QC and job accomplishment.
•    Domestic and U.S. Procurements : Identified all Materials from Estimating takeoffs and Procure them after submittals approval to ensure a job flow, inspecting materials for identification to ensure conformance with specifications with Performance of field verification and tests.

•    Projects Management and Cost Control : Contract Management tasks, assuring mostly all Procedures involved during all phases of Construction process, and Monitoring – logging a Cost Control to ensure Project success by Controlling and Managing carefully Estimating vs. Real.

At this Oil Refining Facility I had my second Experience as General Foreman, being Responsible of 3 Crews of Men, each one having its own Leader, during a shutdown Process for Maintenance, Clean up and Testing of Equipment such as the Heat exchangers.

•    Daily Job Clearance inquiries for safety procedures
•    Weekly safety Meetings briefing
•    Monitoring jobs during daytime
•    Making daily Reports for job Progress
•    Personnel evaluation and coordination

•    Enforce safety Procedures before any Hydrostatic tests.

1.This is my first experience in the Administration and Production Supervision.

My duties included among other things:

Description of duties:

1.    Keep a Good Record of the Inventory of all Merchandise for sell.
2.    Visit Other Companies within the Free zone area to Offer Electrical Ballasts,
Fluorescent fixtures and accessories.
3.    Attend International Customers at the Companies Showroom and actually do the sales with or without the Representatives Assistance.
4.    Coordinate with the Administration at the warehouse and Help the customer with the Merchandise shipping after the selling process.


Basically my duties at this company were at the Selling area, which I personally started having a 4 Months experience at the Inventory Control seat. This task allowed me to learn not only the inventory process but also most of the merchandise the Company held for sale.
Other than this activity the rest was mainly a selling Process.
