Activities: Preparation of pre-construction and construction proposals for the different clients in the public and private sector; prepare final conceptual and/or GMP estimates, assist in the bidding and pre-bidding process, perform take-offs and internal estimates, generate of RFIs and be in continuous contact with project consultants; gather information from subcontractors and collaborate in the selection process.
