Extensive background managing site development and building projects from conception through project close-outThe career path includes CM responsibilities representing the owner, the designer and the constructor. Successfully developed skills necessary to manage and communicate budgets, costs and schedule and subcontract procurements and administration. Additional administrative skills and experience includes team building, providing overall direction during the development of pre-construction plans, coordinating the various divisions of work, evaluating means and methods of construction, and selection of material and equipment.
On site construction experience includes: high rise construction, stadiums, civil infra-structures improvements, power generating stations, massive site developments, earthworks, public schools, embassies, military installations, major demolition and environmental remediation. Substantial supervisory experience in directing and controlling all phases of site activities associated with heavy civil, building, industrial, and international projects.
General site experience includes overall responsibility for management and administration. Supervision of the site management team: environmental, health & safety, resident engineer, document control, CQA/QC, cost and schedule engineer. Provide direction required to accomplish the project schedule within the allocated budget. Conducting daily planning/status meetings. Representing the company/project in weekly progress meeting with owner, engineers, subcontractors and labor unions. Review and process RFI's, submittals, invoices and pay requests and other site specific documentation. Administer and enforce safe work plans and policies. Generate change documents, daily reports and maintain log of all construction activities. Prepare project close out reports.
