Office design development and fit-out. Fibre-optic network design and construction within the business areas of the host cities. IT installation of back and front office technology. Telecom engineering installation including structured cabling, telecom switch, billing, racks and servers. HR recruitment of new city technical and senior management staff. Business processes and procedures implementation. Sales and marketing up to and including the eventual launch of the business to markets.

• Moved internally to International Operations team to start work on the international business rollout. • Moved form Gilchrist Briggs Partnership multidiscipline practice (Architects, Surveyors and Project managers) to COLT Telecommunications Group Plc, with responsible for managing UK clean environment/capital plant installs and office fit-outs, circa £2 million, working closely with the property procurement teams.
