Overall Programme Manager:
• Responsible for the planning organisation and implementation of new subsidiary businesses, within multiple cities as part of a pan European corporate business rollout. Capital budgets £50 million pounds +. Including formation of business implementation strategy for the new city. Budget development and overall capital budget expenditure. Property search and acquisition. Management of local and international design consultants. Property design development and the construction of technical rooms and clean environments. Office design development and fit-out. Fibre-optic network design and construction within the business areas of the host cities. IT installation of back and front office technology. Telecom engineering installation including structured cabling, telecom switch, billing, racks and servers. HR recruitment of new city technical and senior management staff. Business processes and procedures implementation. Sales and marketing up to and including the eventual launch of the business to markets.

• Fibre-optic networks build planning and design implementation of the fibre-optic network within the city business area.

• Moved internally to International Operations team to start work on the international business rollout. Which included property acquisition, initial surveys and test fits in multiple cities, (Stuttgart, Geneva, Cologne, Brussels, Paris, Lyon, Frankfurt, Marseilles, Toulouse, Turin, and Bordeaux) development and formation of rollout procedures and management strategies.

• Moved form Gilchrist Briggs Partnership multidiscipline practice (Architects, Surveyors and Project managers) to COLT Telecommunications Group Plc, with responsible for managing UK clean environment/capital plant installs and office fit-outs, circa £2 million, working closely with the property procurement teams.

• Project management of multi-storey, fast track, key worker accommodation for London housing associations, fit-out and refurbishment projects for the private sector within the UK.
