Residential project development in Canada and abroad and renovation of homes: Management of complete construction projects: Planning, supervising and directing operations, Ensure assigned construction operations and subcontractor's performance are in compliance with specifications and within schedule and budget, Schedule and coordinate workloads, Observe and check work in progress to ensure quality and quantity standards are met and, ensure safety standards are met and maintained, Design of homes, buy lands and material, excavation, foundations, Planning of work, Calculating and ordering material, Inspecting workmanship, Quotation from sub-contractors, Supervising sub-contractors, Negotiating, Open house sales during weekends. Sometimes, carpentry work. Marketing international, Write reports in order to get subsidies from the government for export, contact potential clients abroad interested in the wood-framed technology, do Power Presentation, travel, participate to fairs abroad, negotiation of partnership, write articles - put advertises in foreign newspaper and answer to the clients in order to sell projects abroad or transfer the wood-frame technology (know how), technical and engineering support, open and manage offices abroad, representation in Russia, Kazakhstan, Spain, China, France, and Poland.
