* Construction management of contracts involving interior and exterior rehabilitation of high-rise buildings. Responsibilities included scope preparation, trade take offs, bidding, scheduling, subcontractor selection, conceptual and construction budgeting, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
* Construction management of Phase I and Phase IIA of Time Inc. facilities, with an associated cost of approximately $17,500,000. Work consisted of complete demolition and reconstruction of four floors of new office space. Installation of new telecommunication, audiovisual, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and fire alarm systems. High-end finishes were installed in offices, lounges, elevator lobbies, bathroom, and pantries.
* Construction Management for the rehabilitation of AICPA's offices on the 18th floor of 1211 Sixth Avenue, with an associated cost of $2,450,000. Contractual work consisted of complete demolition and reconstruction of one floor of new office space. Installation of audiovisual, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and fire alarm systems. High-end millwork and stone flooring were included in elevator lobby, reception area, bathroom, and pantries.
* Construction management for the rehabilitation of Brown Brothers and Harriman's office space on the 18th floor of 140 Broadway. Scope of work included installation of MEP Systems, and Architectural trades with an associated cost of $325,000.
* Preparation of successful bids for new construction and rehabilitation work.
