Por convite dos actuais sócios da RMSI vim liderar um projecto de criação de uma nova empresa de ERP representante de um produto brasileiro. Desde essa data que assumo as funções de direcção e coordenação do negócio. Desde então que lidero esta empresa tanto a nível comercial como a nível de projectos com bastante sucesso. Com a entrada da Intentia, AB directamente no mercado português e efectuou-se uma transferência de pessoal do antigo distribuidor para a Intentia Consulting Portugal. Desde a sua criação que assumo um lugar da gestão da empresa partilhando com director geral os diferentes pelouros da empresa. Sou assim hoje responsável por todos os produtos distribuídos pela Intentia,AB, pelo marketing produto, pelo R&D português (que permite adaptar o Movex à legislação e à tradição portuguesa), pela equipa de Pré-Venda e pela equipa de tradução. A minha actual equipa é composta por 12 pessoas distribuídas da seguinte forma: 1 Coordenador técnico, 3 programadores, 2 consultores com funções de Help Desk aplicacional, 1 Tradutora e 2 Técnicos de Redes, Sistemas Operativos (NT, OS/400, Solaris, Notes, etc), 2 consultores de Pré-Venda e eu próprio.
No quadro do Produto cabe-me também todo o planeamento, definição acompanhamento e controlo das actividades de marketing produto, a divulgação interna e externa dos novos lançamento, a divulgação interna e externa de novas contas.
O director geral assume as áreas comerciais, marketing institucional e implementação.
