Main duties and responsibilities

Responsible for selecting, costing and submission of tender documents. Preparation of programme of works and budgets. Valuation of work done for the purpose of preparation of progress payments certificates. Preparation of final accounts. Support the development of the capital expense plan and regularly interact with company principals and their counterparts. Facilitate co-ordination of building and development plan development within prescribed design criteria at the lowest possible cost. Provide administrative conduit that encourages interaction among Real Estate, Area Research, and company division counterparts and outside developers.
