Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Management, Contracts and Claim Management
* Lead, process of Contracting of "Erection and Commissioning Package" using Tendering methodology, and saved, for the project, the anticipated overrun of 4.0 MAUD (approximately), and received appreciation from Business VP and CEO Germany.
(Role included: Development/preparation of tendering documents, selecting the local Erection contractors, Negotiations and Award, Preparation of Commercial contract)
* Setting up and co-ordinating the Project requirement/Local project setup for Onshore Contract. This included local transportation contract, statutory and regulatory approvals.
