Responsible for planning, implementation and tracking of projects from project initiation to project closure, monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project well within time and quality levels and establish a communication schedule to update the management on the progress of the projects.
PROJECTS – MULTIPLE ERP IMPLEMENTATIONS & ROLL-OUTS
* Implemented Financials, Logistics, Service & Contract Management, Warehousing, Market Database, Payroll, Inventory Modules and Reserves processing. DESIGNED INTERFACES FOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS
* Designed interfaces between ERP software and in-house built application (DFSD) for importing service orders, sales orders and updating it back in the ERP software, once updated shoots out e-mails to respective salesmen / service co-ordinators to eliminate duplicate data entry and reduce manual intervention thereby reducing errors. * Designed Invoicing Printing Module to convert the invoice value into words in Turkish language and to print the invoice on a pre-designed layout and finally recording the pre-printed invoice number back into ERP as per statutory requirements.

The project was developed to allow management to enter customized Budgets (draft operating plan) which was interfaced with ERP to extract the Plan Vs Actual reports. Also, an ATLAS interface system was developed for generating the Profit and Loss statement as per the dimensions defined in ERP and importing it into a Web-based Merck system directly.
