QATARGAS II DEVELOPMENT PROJECT awarded by Qatar Liquefied Gas Company Limited (II) to Chiyoda Technip Joint Venture, CTJV have been awarded the EPC execution of CLP PHASE 4, which mainly consists of an additional Berth #5, associated Marine Flare, an additional LNG tank #5 associated facilities.

Main responsibilities related to module fabrication detailed engineering and construction activities are as follows:

* Coordinating and ensuring multi discipline input to key documents.
* Resolving interdisciplinary conflicts
* Adopting and developing managerial strategies to accomplish project milestones.
* Meetings with vendor to expedite and coordinate schedules.
* Managing Project Schedule and preparing changes along with disciplines and Project Control Engineer as applicable.
* Managing and planning Company Change orders.
* Analyzed results of operations to discover more efficient ways to utilize resources.
* Delegated responsibilities and designed time schedules.
* Prepared weekly project status reports for management.
* Ensured that objectives were accomplished in accordance with outlined priorities.

Responsible for the Piping and Static equipments engineering scope in ADOC (Abu Dhabi Operating Centre) which is one of the operating centers of CTJV (Chiyoda-Technip France Joint Venture) for the Fuel gas back up Area.

NOV. 2006- MAR 2007 QATARGAS QG 3 & 4 (QCS) PROJECT
CTJV, a JV between Chiyoda and Technip France, has signed an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) Contract with QATARGAS 3 & 4 (COMPANY) for the Qatargas Trains 6 & 7 (LNG Capacity 7.8 MPTA each) with associated utilities and offsites located in Ras Laffan, Qatar. COMPANY will construct two new LNG Trains, Train 6 and Train 7 on the QATARGAS Plant site.

Main responsibilities related to detailed engineering activities are as follows:

„X Coordinating and ensuring multi discipline input to key documents
„X Resolving interdisciplinary conflicts
„X Managing Project Schedule and preparing changes along with disciplines and Project Control Engineer as applicable

As a part of the overall PLATEAU MAINTENANCE PROJECT, Qatar Liquefied Gas Company Ltd intends to develop new acid gas removal unit and related Sulphur recovery units on its Ras Laffan site to cope with increasing H2S content in the 3 LNG Train feed from the North field.
QATAR GAS had awarded a pre-FEED study to CTJV (a joint venture of CHIYODA Japan, TECHNIP Abu Dhabi and TECHNIP Rome). TECHNIP Abu Dhabi was responsible for the offshore element of the project. The study included the identification of bottlenecks for the increased production and suggesting remedial measures
