Over twenty years experience covering all aspects of Document Control and Information Management responsible for the supervision of junior staff and the management of Document Control. I have worked in a variety of locations in the UK and overseas (Libya and Qatar) the majority of my experience has been gained in large LNG, Petrochemical and Civil Engineering projects.

QATAR LIQUEFIED GAS COMPANY LTD (II) July 2005 to Present
Head of Document Control/Specialist, Qatargas2, LNG Project, Doha, Qatar
Employed by Qatargas as a project direct hire (PDH) working in the Project Execution group. Responsibilities include:
- Co-ordination and management of documentation within the Venture/Project Execution group using Sharepoint as the main collaboration tool.
- Management of all document related interfaces between the PMT groups and Qatargas Operating Company (owner).
- Development and Implementation of the EDMS system (Cimage) Technical Document Management System (TDMS) at one of the QG2 subprojects.
- Auditing of Contractor and Project Management Teams to ensure that contract and procedure requirements are being adhered to.
- Responsible for stewarding the co-ordination and Turnover of Final Documentation from the Project Management Teams to the Asset Owner.

COOPER CAMERON UK LIMITED May 2004 to July 2005
Principle Document Controller, TOTAL AKPO (FPSO) Field Development Project
Responsible for the running of Document Control including the following:
- Creation of Information Management procedures to be used throughout the project.
- Looking after all design documentation, receipt, issue, tracking, reporting and return.
- Management of all document reviews internally and externally.
- Producing weekly / monthly document statistic reports for discussion during the weekly meeting with the client.
- Loading of engineering/design documentation into the in-house document management system (SAP).
- Day to day management of document control and its relevant processes.

JOHN BROWN HYDROCARBONS LIMITED April 2001 to May 2004
Principle Document Controller, EnCana Buzzard Development Project
Seconded to EnCana (Client) as the project interface Document Controller, my responsibilities included:
- The setting-up and co-ordination of the main design office document control.
- Establishing processes for the management of deliverable documentation
- Management of all document reviews internally and externally.
- Responsible for expediting of overdue documents from engineering disciplines
- Responsible for setting up of the document control at each of the three project sites.
- Co-ordination and training of site Document Controllers and tech clerks.
- Inputting and distribution of all project related documentation into ASSAI and Documentum.

Reshadat Renovation Development Project
Principle document controller on the above Iranian projects, responsibilities included the setting up of the document control and the day to day management of the department and processes.

Lead Document Controller, Channel Tunnel Rail Link (550/570)
Lead document controller on area's 550/570 and System wide, responsible for:
- The management of a small team of junior document controllers.
- Logging and receipt of documentation from Contractors and joint ventures.
- Expediting of inter discipline / external document reviews.
- Inputting of documentation metadata into Assai
- Scanning of documentation into Infoworks.
- Day to day management of document control function.

Responsible for the inputting of all engineering, supplier documentation (IPMS and Documentum) Additional duties included producing the final close out report prior to shipping to Canada to ensuring a smooth handover to the operator.
