* Cost budgeting considering SOW and WBS for ISBL packages and uploading into Prediction+ (Cost Control Tool)
* Preparing monthly basis cost report base on earned value analysis and monitoring commitment, actual and forecasts against the original budget
* Checking and verifying monthly progress payment certificate and invoice from contractor considering withholding tax and retention and also maintains /updates the invoice register
* Preparing summary timesheet of billable man-hours for back up invoicing to the client

* Preparation and maintenance of level 3 plan as fully constrained and resources networks, including the leveling of work within agreed priorities, resource levels and targets
* Updating and tracking project master schedule with CPM analysis using MS Project

* Prepared both MTO and BQ calculations from civil design drawings as well as cost estimates using the Unit Price Method considering direct and indirect cost, escalation and contingency
