-Prepare QA/QC observations and propose corrective and preventative actions.
-Check Request For Work Inspections (RFWI) raised for the reporting period
-Follow up on Defective Goods /Work Reports/SV/ICAR/ raised for the reporting period
In House Quality Assessments
-Conduct in-house quality assessment on Structural/Architectural/M&E works.
-Carry out audits and inspections of suppliers / sub-contractors site works / fabrication and manufacturing
Implementation of Quality Management System
-Conduct system compliance surveillance audit (procurement, budget and cost control, Project Management etc) and report audit findings in the Project Appraisal Report.
-Follow up on actions for internal Quality Audit and Prepare the project for BCA ISO 9001 audit

-Conduct daily site walk and monitor methods against inspection & test plan and QA/QC system.
-Raise QA/QC observations and propose corrective and preventive actions
-Prepare and submit % Defect Reports to QA/QC Manager
QC Inspection
-Train and arrange QC inspectors to conduct QC check on in-process and completed works.
-Monitor the progress of rectification works and feedback to site manager for follow up actions
Conquas 21 Assessment
-Co-ordinate with BCA on all information including warranty and assessment schedules
-Conduct in-house Conquas 21 training to site staff and sub-contractors
-Conduct pre-assessment on mock-up units for Conquas 21 for internal finishes and trial tests for tile pull off and window water-tightness tests.
Trade Demonstrations
-Co-ordinate trade demonstrations with relevant staff and sub-contractors
-Prepare demonstration notes and take work sequence photographs for the demonstrations and submit to the client/Architect.
