* Knowledgeable troubleshooting telephone and cable systems with BICIS, EIA/TIA cabling standards...
* Excellent at troubleshooting equipment to locate and correct faults in a timely manner.
* Hardware installation consist of Hard drives, DVD's ROMs, printers, floppy's and Software Ms operation systems 95, 98, Win XP, 2000 2003 server. Other software Norton, ms office, all types firewalls.

2007- Present OSP Manager Weintraub Telecomm, LLC. Maintain and manage office for COX Cable upgrade Phoenix & Tucson AZ. The work consists of Fiber Nodes swaps with proof and performance and MER/BER testing of the new node through out the system which also Include reverse sweep and telemetry testing. Attending weekly managers conference for updates, maintain weekly expense reports, collect and check tech daily's for accuracies, give weekly safety meetings route and schedule tech for daily node installs and keep track of 20 techs progress/completion rates. 2003-2007 Project Manager Dynamic Networks Communication's Inc. Supervised several and assigned task for several crew's of a total of 30 personal maintaining a 1.2 million dollar budget the work consisted of the following: Placement of fiber and coaxial cabling, over lash, make ready, Daily task Involved Maintain all construction on CATV System on AT&T project Major rebuild and new build climb poles and used bucket truck to complete all work involved, extensions, pole transfers, System splicing, activation and troubleshooting using various field strength meters. This work also Include conduit placement, rock saw trenching, rod boring, riser guard placement, Manhole breakouts, fiber optic and coaxial placement using fiber-blowing method. 2001-2003 Field Engineer, SVI Systems, Augusta, GA. Supervised individual's and set up teams for Installation Video on Demand systems, Commercial and residential Satellite Dish Network and DirecTV systems, and High speed internet VDSL systems in hotels; field support for wireless network. Install wireless access points and bridges, Install and terminate Cat 5, 5e and 6, coax cables, install DSL Netopia and Nomadic switches, troubleshoot all systems. Installed information systems in hospitals through out the USA, This work consist of Placement of CATV Head-ends, placing coax cable, installing equipment with channel line conversions, configuring Mods and de- mods. Complete Daily routes for CATV installs; include all 3 products Video, data and phone services, also worked independently and in teams for network installs in offices and retail stores. Work consist of setting up server client systems, migrate older version OS to new using company scripts/ migration tools, install MS 2000, 2003 sever with active directory, install all software and firewalls, install win XP workstations. Install Ethernet cable cat 5 & cat 6 wiring from patch panels to workstations, punched down both ends and tested for connectivity, configured switches, routers and modems. Serviced residential and commercial telephone systems placing 25 pair and 50 pair trunk cables for PBX, punch down on 66 and 110 blocks, test and troubleshoot phone lines using tone generator and butt set. Installed Cat 3 and cat 5,5e and 6 for residential homes with troubleshooting services from de marc to jack for dial tone and repair faults associated with no dial tone.
