Job description:

1. Full supervision for one of subcontractor companies.
2. following up all project procedures (Surveying Teams, Reporting Teams, Technical Solutions and match it with project plan to minimize the time of solving any problems and to reschedule accordingly (case by case).
3. Responsible for making all kinds of coordination between the subcontractors and the company and explaining the RF requirements for building the site
4. Checking the qualifications for subcontractor staff to make sure that they match their positions to achieve our target.
5. Making full survey for all kind of micro and macro sites
6. Having negotiation skills
7. Lead and delegate tasks with the survey team
8. Follow up the work progress according to the specified plan
9. Choose the appropriate site according to the assigned request at any city
10. Design the site in terms of the best & suitable equipment location, cabels routing
11. Line of Sight Verification to assure that this site could be linked with surrounding sites(as transmission requirements)
12. Draw sketches for Site area location.
13. Deliver a complete site survey report including, Photos, drawings, technical specs and comments for the whole team
14. Help the construction team to facilitate any problem
15. Handle Customer complains and problems
16. Familiar with SF2 and SF4 and the requirments of SF1 and SF3
17. Making all kind of as built survey for macro and micro sites
18. Negotiation and Legality Check
