Complete contract administration for (C.I.P.P. cure in place pipe) projects for Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts, City of Los Angeles, and several other public agencies. With the assistance of a project coordinator, I have to prepare submittals, sign subcontractors, procure materials and equipment, prepare payment applications for subcontractor and owner, design sewer bypass systems, and overall constructability for projects to come under budget, on schedule and profitable. The most important and challenging part of my position is designing a bypass plan capable of handling the maximum flow in any size sewer main line.

Assisted three senior project managers with project engineering duties for six different projects at one time. Responsible for estimating, contracting, buying out and completing tenant improvement projects. New construction of Walgreen's, Kohl, and Pets Mart stores. Field measured quantities daily, to come up with productivity reports for the week. Assisted field personnel with shoring designs, traffic control designs and other technical questions. Contracted to work on a project for the Metropolitan Water District.

Kept track of construction schedule, as-built drawings, progress billing, change orders, addenda to drawings and specifications, productivity reports, cost reports, and weekly safety meetings. Supported field personnel with shoring designs, traffic control designs and other engineering problems. Finished projects on time and under budget, had close out meeting with field and office personnel involved with the projects. Mostly open cut, horizontal construction projects.
