Realisation of payments from clients and respective liasoning.
On-site control of Cost ~ Revenue ratio and periodic monitoring.
4 Human Resource Management To determine the required manpower covering all levels at the inception of the project and establish a progressive timescale for development.
To get best possible output from all levels of individuals within their specific capabilities.
5 Material Management To determine the phased required material ~ OSM & Internal and the projection time period for that requirement including monitoring.
Inventory control and balancing the requirement against the real time executions.
