CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
Current responsibilities Included:
1. Overseeing numerous commercial projects ranging from One (1) to over Six (6) million dollars in construction costs, and the same time including but not limited to, expediting ALL contract documents from inception to closeout, negotiating subcontracts, monitoring, maintaining, and adjustments to Detail Committed Costs Report and updating Project Log, Attending Zoning and municipality Hearings, scheduling, managing, and coordinating all trades with scope of work and deadlines to complete project(s).
2. Obtaining Building Permits, i.e. (Footings & Foundation, Demo, Elevator, General use, Structural, Landscape, IDOT, Signage).
3. Weekly Site Inspection, i.e. (Subs percentage completed, Safety, Logistics, Building Inspection and Sign-Offs).
4. Reviewing, understanding, and interpreting, Soils Reports, Architectural and Structural drawings, Site or Civil Drawings, MEP, Elevator, and specialty Drawings along with Specifications.
5. With over Five (5) million square feet of construction experience.
