- My main responsibility is the management of the contracts agreement of the installation works of Fire Fighting System and Fire Alarm System for San Lorenzo 500 MW CCGT Project amounting to US$1,200,146.24. A natural gas power plant project in the province of Batangas under the Cerberus Chittick Corporation's supervision before its venture with Siemens Building Technologies Inc.
- Main responsibility encompasses the review of existing contract, which includes the supplemental contracts, analysis of all potential and concurrent risks that might affect the construction programme and the project cost or budget, and the identification and classification of claims.
- Allied responsibility is to assist the Project Manager in various internal and external meetings, daily project management, preparation of correspondences (internal and external) and by giving unsolicited advice for the smooth implementation of the project.
- Another project whose construction contract I have analyzed and reviewed was the Philip Morris in Sto Tomas, Batangas.

- Identification of onerous provisions and risk areas with special emphasis on potential time and financial consequences.
- Identification of the contractors' obligations for strict compliance in order to avoid losing entitlements or exposure to damages.
- Managed and provided guidance to five (5) Contracts Administrator managing five (5) notable projects namely; NAIA Passenger Terminal 3, Robinson's Place, Phillips Semiconductor, National Bookstore (Mechanical Works), and the De La Salle University.
- NAIA Passenger Terminal 3 has four (4) contract packages namely: the Main Passenger Terminal (Structural Steel Erection and Civil/ Reinforced Concrete Works and the Multi-level Car park (5 levels). Total Project Cost is US$7,838,670.00. The systematic contract management has contributed in completion of said project on schedule and earned for the company P31.8M
