During the last twenty-five years he has demonstrated his capabilities in various management roles. His seasoned professional career has provided a rich experience in leading teams of professionals to exceptional levels of success in highly competitive atmosphere. His thought leadership has lead teams to strategically advance the stakeholders goals while purposely driving the team towards the critical success indicators.

During his earlier work experiences he performed site construction supervision and estimating roles for regional General Contracting firms focusing on commercial and institutional projects.

In 1980, after attaining a state regulated General Contracting license (FL. /USA), he then qualified and directed the design and construction efforts of a mid size regional construction firm specializing in the Design/Build project delivery process. As the firms Vice-President in charge of the design/build process he was fully charged with the responsibilities of program criteria development, all project planning efforts, professional procurement, feasibility reviews, construction administration, project controls and closeout. During this time he expanded the firm's capabilities by achieving individual state licensing in more than six additional states thus enabling the firm to triple their annual turnover in three years.

Subsequent twenty plus years has provided many significant opportunities to further develop his leadership skills. He provided such leadership in implementing innovative construction methodologies by the introduction of panellized tilt-wall construction techniques while employed as a construction manager of a large regional development company in Florida that specializing in "big box" construction, Class 'A' and Class 'B' commercial office buildings (low and high rise structures). This technological approach enabled the firm to realize a strategic advantage over their competition in the Florida market.

Additionally, he provided strategic support for several regional architectural firms, consulting with private developers and institutional owners. These roles employed large scale facilities planning (master planning), specification preparations, project criteria development, due diligence support documentation, procurement of both professional design and construction services, design and construction over site for mid to large size commercial retail construction projects, recreational facilities (training centers and fitness facilities) and large up- scale hospitality/leisure resort destinations.

Through his "TEAM" approach management efforts and leadership skills he has strategically advanced stakeholder goals while purposely driving projects toward critical success indicators.

Actively involved as a member of the United Stated Green Building Council (USGB); as a member of the Central Florida Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute and has served as the Chairman of the Educational Committee. He has achieved the designation of Project Management Professional (PMP) from the internationally recognized Project Management Institute (PMI) as well as certification as a Master Project Manager (MPM) and Certified International Project Manager (CIPM) from the American Academy of Project Management (AAPM).
