* Planning look ahead programmes for subcontractors and own workforce.
* To determine resource requirements for works, including defining future personnel requirements
* Supervision and performance management of manpower of up to 100 men
* Coordination with consultants and Q/A-Q/C to maintain high level of quality
* Contribution to regular construction meetings with project managers for any relevant design, progress or site issues.
* Accurate progress updates/reports for multiple disciplines
* Maximising resources in order to keep costs down
* Worked on both structural and finishing stages of projects

I started working for AFC as a Site Manager on the finishing stage where I was responsible for the fit out package. My responsibilities were to monitor and drive the performance of the subcontract fit out companies. I had to produce progress and production reports to the senior management on a weekly basis in order for us to conduct the weekly construction meetings which was also used for the KPI reports for the client.

At the end of that project I was transferred onto the Motor City development and put in charge of a new block work system, during the structural stage of the first phase of the project.

I was then asked to work on the structure of three, low rise apartment buildings where I completed around six months.

I then took the responsibility of the completion of the internal finishes of a low rise building with two basements, 105 apartments, with a workforce of around 100+ men – which consisted of Engineers, supervision and operatives.

I am currently working on the final two phases of the project where I am running the external envelope as well as overseeing the finishing of 34 villas which are almost typical in design.
