Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Portal November 2008 – March 2009
* Project Manager for Ball's Enterprise Portal on Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) 3.0 platform utilizing Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 services. Portal user community consisted of over 45+ plants.
* Project Team consists of 15+ team members. Major initiatives included WebTrends for US and Europe, IRM, DRM, SOP migration from Documentum to SharePoint, Work Flow, Java applications migration from LDAP to AD authentication from the legacy Portal to new platform.

Customer offices are in the Democratic Republic of Congo, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. Responsible for creating, executing and tracking the project plan, budget and schedule while managing customer relationships and a multi lingual co-located project team.
* Project Manager for the Ellipse 5.2.3.7 ERP implementation project for Intrepid Potash and the Ellipse 5.2.3.8 implementation for Western Canadian Coal Corporation. Implemented Financial, Procure to Pay, Maintenance and Human Resource modules.
