* Record/log and report on transitions and drawing lists for large projects.
* Liaise with Construction Manager, Resident Engineers, Assistant Resident Engineers, QA Manager, Contractors, Suppliers, Plot Developers to ensure to setting up the QA/QC standard procedures, site management plan, deliveries, and implementation closing out the documents.
* Client liaison for all requests and general document inquiries.
* Attend/participate project and /or administrative meetings.
* Management and control company properties at site.
* Assist with project administration responsibilities on as needed basis, provide full administrative support to Project Managers, Engineering managers and Technical staff.
