Bella Vista Project. Currently refining the design / construction practices for a new upper end subdivision with new designs and floor plans ranged at 500K to 800K. Responsibilities include correction of plans (redline) contract refinements with trades, compilation of scopes, and team with purchasing to acquire the optimal product within a given budget to return the maximum margin.

Sawgrass Bay Project. Same situation as Bella Vista. Red line of working plans implementation of corrected plans. Scopes, and contractor / product refinement.

Most important service provided is to rid the track home look and bring in construction practices that have been deleted in the past 20 years by builders to increase margins. These changes have reduced the overall quality of the products being built in new Florida homes ranging from 300K to 1M. Experience is in all phases of residential construction ranging from entry level to 7M. Commercial and retail.
