Over all Responsibilities
* Analyzing the tender documents and making sure if the received documents are complete.
* To check the scope of work, specifications, Interpretation of Drawings and Quantity take off.
* Handling pre-tender and post-tender clarifications to client.
* Sending Enquiries to suppliers/subcontractors for quotations, preparing the price comparison table and costing submission for tenders.
* Choosing the subcontractors, arranging meetings with them to discuss the project/tender strategies and having negotiation on their offer.
* Preparation of effective bill of material for EPC projects.
* Liaison with project team for the review and evaluation of technical and commercial proposal.
* Advising on procurement strategy.
* Identifying variation orders and estimating the value for the new quantities.
* Preparation of work-in progress claims for submission to the client.
* Liaison with engineering team and construction team in ensuring the work execution is in compliance with contract specifications.
* Monitor/Control of Project cost flow.
