* Develop and Execute marketing strategies/plans by analyzing current business situations in order to meet group's business objectives and also to maintain and increase sales. (Advertising/PR/Events/Promotions/Exhibitions/Market research)
* Identifying, creating and qualifying new business opportunities.
* Obtain consignments from owners and providing them with financial assessments.
* Preparing and implementing the policies and business plane to insure both vertical and horizontal growth for the territory.

M.I.S is a branch of Metal Industries Salheya, which is considered one of the biggest body builders in the Middle East and owned by MCV (Mercedes Benz Factory in Egypt for busses and commercial vehicles.)
I was the first one hired to establish the company from scratch in the UAE, (Documentation, legalization, purchasing, advertisements, hiring, etc.)
Conducting market research, forecasting, pricing, create opportunities to penetrate new markets, and position our company among the biggest three competitors in the area and achieve the desired market share.
I was responsible for promoting our new factory in JAFZ and our products coming from the main factory in Egypt through the UAE and ME countries, in addition to create/ support a dealer's network. Reporting to the Managing Director, I was responsible for:
Managing the whole aspects of the operation through the U.A.E (showrooms, workshops and spare parts outlets)
Preparing the sales planning, forecasting, specifications, production orders and pricing
Manage the communications with the principals. (Suzuki Motor Corporation. Japan).
Arrange for promotion campaigns with marketing department, and liaising with the press.
Provide the sales/technical training for sales staff and the needed support for fleet and government customers.
Create and support a dealer network within the U.A.E.
Fleet Sales Manager.
From: May 1998 Gargash Enterprises (Mercedes Benz Agent)
To: July 2001 Dubai, UAE
Gargash Enterprises is the sole agent for Mercedes Benz and Freightliner in Dubai and Northern Emirates.
My main responsibilities were handling the fleet sales for commercial vehicles. That involved introducing the new Actros trucks to the local market, preparing specifications using MBKS & SPECPRO for Freightliner, price calculations, competitor's stock and prices monitoring, arranging with various body builders and finance companies in order to assist our customers with their purchase requirements.
During this period I successfully introduced the 9cum concrete mixer fitted on 6x4 Actros chassis for the very first time in the Gulf.
I was also involved in preparing the launch of new products from Daimler Chrysler Company (Mercedes Benz and Freightliner).
Market research about competitor's activities, stocks, prices and new developments & projects within U.A.E.
Sales Supervisor.

To: November 1997 Cairo, Egypt
Triangle Trading and Engineering Company is a branch of the Al Tawil Group in Egypt, who is the authorized agent for Freightliner trucks (Daimler Chrysler Group). It was the first group to introduce Freightliner to the Egyptian market.
My main responsibility was to introduce Freightliner trucks to an extremely competitive market in Egypt for the very first time. I helped to attract new accounts by providing an excellent before and after sales service and preserving good relation with my customers.
Duties included all aspects of selling such as searching out opportunities, selecting specifications to meet and compete with the ever demanding market requirements, negotiating prices with customers and assisting them to find the best solution to finance their purchases through US Aid and banks.
I also handled the tenders for some private and public sectors and attended trade fairs/ exhibitions from time to time in order to promote the company and its products.

MCV (Manufacturing Commercial Vehicles) is the authorized agent for Mercedes Benz commercial vehicles, who also manages one of the biggest Mercedes Benz production plants in the Middle East.
My duties included the sales and promotion of the commercial vehicles. The position demanded an excellent knowledge of sales techniques as well as all technical aspects of the vehicles.

I was responsible for supervision of the production team, ensuring that the production lines were working effectively and smoothly with maximum capacity in order to meet the customer's strict delivery times. My duties included the selling and promotion of the new franchise in a highly competitive market from its very first days of establishment.
