Listing the resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters set.
Preparing Payment Certificates & Variation Order Requests for Consultants or Clients.
Preparation of purchase requisition and purchase orders.
Managing cost estimating and cost control, construction documents and progress reports, re measurements, valuations, prevention and evaluation of claims.
Interpreting contract conditions, preparation of method statements and work plans.
Commercial Operations
Liaising with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contactors & external agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals and obtaining statutory clearances.
Reviewing progress of subcontracts and apprising management on financial, legal or technical issues.
Developing and implementing claims and contract management activities as assigned.
Managing entire post contract works as measurements, initiation and negotiation of claims, contractual correspondence with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Documentation / Reports:
Preparing and Submitting, o +/- Variation to Consultant / Client and Profit / Loss Report to Management.
o Monthly job performance reports and providing the key information for the profit and loss.
o Work orders, invoices, suppliers / subcontractors monthly valuations and final accounts.
o Project subcontractor final accounts.
Supervising all aspects of budget review and preparation, submission of monthly costing reports.
Monitoring the budget costs, comparing them with the actual ones in order to update the project budget.
